All orders ship out of our fulfillment facility in Porto, PT within 3-4 business days of placing your order. Once shipped, standard shipments will reach you in 2-6 business days, depending on your shipping location.
We’re sorry you weren’t happy with your gift! It cannot be returned for a cash refund, however, we are happy to refund gifts in the form of store credit. To create a return for a gift you received, you will need to know the order number as well as the shipping zip code or billing last name. 1. Complete the return form included on your packaging list and securely repackage you merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the package. 2. Ship your package using a carrier of your choice and keep the tracking details for your records. 4. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
We accept unworn, unused items purchased exclusively from vintageforacause.pt within 30 days from the date of purchase. However, all sale priced items are final sale and are unable to be returned. All items must be returned with the hang tags attached and all original packaging. Any merchandise without these items or considered worn may not qualify for a refund, or will be subject to a $10 restocking fee. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Due to our constantly changing inventory and high demand we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like an exchange, we recommend creating a return for refund (the credit will appear within 5-7 business days) and selecting a new product.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5-7 business days for us to process your request. When your return has been processed, you will receive an e-mail with a notification that your refund was processed back to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank, a refund back to your original method of payment may take approximately 5-7 business days to post to your account. Please note that we do not refund any original shipping costs you may have incurred.
